Woman brutally beaten for protesting against eve teasing
A woman was brutally beaten up after she protested the unwanted remarks by a group of people in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. As per reports, Vandana Tiwari was out on a stroll with her husband, Arvind Tiwari, and her son in a local market of Kishni area in Mainpuri. A man allegedly started throwing lewd remarks at her when she asked him the address of a certain shop. On protesting against the harassment, the man and a couple of others started beating up the woman. She suffered serious head injury in the merciless beating.
